In most divorce cases, the mother is given custody of the children. What conditions would you need to exist in order for you to justify giving the custody of the children to the father? Does the father only get custody if the mother is unfit? What if the father and mother are both loving, kind, caring parents, but, for whatever reason, can not have joint custody?
