HLAC1096 - Life-long Wellness

This course is designed to help students understand the need for and the impact of exercise and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  Information about the importance of cardiorespiratory fitness with aerobic exercise, strength, flexibility, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices will be discussed as components of wellness and fitness.  Students will engage in a personalized physical fitness program and will report to the instructor on their progress.
